RaDIANT Health Systems Intervention for Kidney Transplant Access

This study, called the RaDIANT Health Systems Intervention, is looking at ways to improve access to kidney transplant evaluations for people with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), also known as kidney failure. It's testing several approaches, including giving transplant centers performance feedback reports, running awareness campaigns at dialysis centers, and improving how transplant centers contact patients and their doctors. The goal is to see if these changes help more people start the transplant evaluation process within six months of being referred. You could be eligible to participate if you are between 18 and 80 years old and are referred to one of the five participating transplant centers in Atlanta, GA; Charleston, SC; Durham, NC; or Indianapolis, IN. Five large transplant centers (Emory Transplant Center and Piedmont Transplant Center in Atlanta, GA; Medical University of SC; Duke University in Durham, NC; and Indiana University in Indianapolis, IN) \~800 referring dialysis center referring to these transplant centers

Exclusion

Individuals referred, initiating evaluation, and waitlisted at non-participating start centers
