Investigation of Lymph Node Biology in Kidney Cancer
This study aims to understand how the immune system, specifically T cells, works in kidney cancer (Renal Cell Carcinoma or RCC) by looking at lymph nodes near the tumor. Researchers will collect blood, extra tumor tissue, normal kidney tissue, and lymph nodes (both those that drain the tumor and those that don't) during your surgery. The goal is to find new ways to identify kidney cancer, discover new treatment targets, and better understand the disease. This study is currently unclear on its status and plans to enroll 33 participants.
