They want to see how many women choose to have both screenings and if this approach could help prevent cancer earlier, especially for groups of people who often don't get these tests. You can join if you are a woman between 18 and 55 years old, are pregnant or planning to get pregnant, and are already getting obstetric care at a WCM-affiliated site. The study aims to measure how many participants complete both screenings by the end of recruitment, which is expected in about two years.

Eligibility criteria

Inclusion

Age 18 years - 55 years
Pregnant patients receiving obstetrical-related care or receiving preconception/fertility care at a WCM-affiliated enrollment site.
Patients who have elected to undergo OCS with the WCM-affiliated obstetrics provider
Patients with prior OCS but planned to repeat OCS are eligible
Patients can speak and read in English or Spanish

Exclusion

Patients who have previously completed a multigene hereditary cancer syndrome panel
Patients who have a hematologic cancer or hematologic pre-cancer
Patients who have a history of an autologous bone marrow transplant
