Virtual Mindful After Cancer (MAC) Intervention for Sexual Health

This study is testing a program called Mindful After Cancer (MAC) to help breast and gynecologic cancer survivors with sexual health and body image concerns. The MAC program offers mindfulness training, education, and peer support. This study aims to figure out the best ways to recruit participants, evaluate how people engage with the program and surveys, and plan for training the professionals who will deliver the program in the future. Success will be measured by how many eligible people join, how well the program topics are covered, and how many participants complete all surveys. You may be able to join if you are a woman at least 18 years old, diagnosed with breast or gynecologic cancer at least 6 months ago, have sexual concerns, and have internet access.
