Adaptive Cell Phone Support (ACPS) for Medication Adherence

This study is looking at different ways to help teenagers and young adults (ages 15-20) with long-term health conditions remember to take their medications. Researchers are testing two types of mobile phone support, called Adaptive Cell Phone Support and Computer-Delivered Cell Phone Support, against simple Automated Text Reminders. The main goal is to see if the adaptive support, which changes based on your needs, works better to help you take your medicine. They will measure how easy the mobile app is to use and how acceptable the support is to you over 12 weeks. You can join if you are a Children's Hospital Los Angeles patient, speak English, and can understand the study information. Children's Hospital Los Angeles patient
between 15-20 years old
taking at least one oral medication per day for a chronic health condition
English speaking
demonstrating sufficient cognitive capacity to engage in the assent/consent process and study procedures
