DSLT for Glaucoma Patients

This study is looking at how well a laser procedure called Direct Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (DSLT) works for people with glaucoma who haven't been treated yet. Glaucoma is an eye condition that can cause vision loss due to high pressure inside the eye (intraocular pressure or IOP). DSLT uses a laser to help fluid drain better from your eye, which can lower IOP. The goal of this study is to see if DSLT can reduce your IOP by more than 20% without needing daily eye drops or other medications, 6 months after the procedure. This study is for adults aged 18 and older with primary open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
