Digital Genetic Testing Support for Young Adults with Cancer
This study is testing a new way to help young adults (ages 18-39) with cancer get genetic counseling and testing. Many young adults don't receive recommended genetic testing, which can help guide their care. This trial compares standard remote genetic services with an enhanced digital approach that includes a chatbot (Genetic Journey Chatbot) and digital education. The goal is to see if this enhanced digital model increases the number of people who receive genetic counseling and testing. Researchers will also look at how this new approach affects your knowledge, feelings, and future cancer screenings. You may be eligible if you are a young adult (18-39) with a cancer diagnosis.

- This study plans to enroll 535 participants and compares two different approaches to genetic testing services. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard remote genetic services or an enhanced digital model.
