SPECT/CT Imaging for Dosimetry in 177Lu-PSMA-617 (Pluvicto) Therapy

This study is looking at how well 177Lu-PSMA-617 (Pluvicto) works in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate carcinoma (prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy). Researchers want to see if the amount of medicine absorbed by tumors and normal organs is linked to how well the treatment works and any side effects. You may be able to join if you are a man aged 18 or older, have metastatic castration-resistant prostate carcinoma, and are scheduled to receive 177Lu-PSMA-617 treatment. The study will measure treatment response and side effects for up to 4 years. The current status of this study is unclear, and it plans to enroll 60 participants.

Study design
This is an observational study, meaning researchers will watch and collect information without giving you a specific treatment. It plans to include 60 participants.
