iTEST for Psychotic Disorders
This study is testing a new intervention called iTEST for people with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or other psychotic disorders. iTEST is a blend of daily training on a mobile device and coaching sessions. It aims to improve your ability to accurately judge your own performance and activities, which is called introspective accuracy. There's also an active control group that receives mobile cognitive tests and coaching, but without the focus on introspective accuracy. Researchers want to see if iTEST helps improve your community functioning. You might be able to join if you are between 18 and 65 years old and have a diagnosis of schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. The study plans to enroll 201 participants.
