Multiple Dose Rhenium-186 NanoLiposome for Leptomeningeal Metastases

This study is testing a new treatment called Rhenium-186 NanoLiposome (186RNL) for people with leptomeningeal metastases (LM), which is when cancer spreads to the fluid and tissues surrounding the brain and spinal cord. The treatment is given directly into the fluid around the brain. Researchers want to find the safest and most effective dose of 186RNL, how it spreads in the body, and if it is safe to give multiple doses. You may be able to join if you are at least 18 years old, have LM from any solid tumor cancer, and meet certain health requirements. This study is currently open, but its recruitment status is unclear.
