SPARK Healthy Sleep for College Students with Psychosis Risk and Sleep Problems

This study, called SPARK Healthy Sleep, is testing a smartphone app designed to help college students who may be at risk for psychosis (experiencing things like hearing voices or feeling paranoid) and also have trouble sleeping. The app, called SPARK-Healthy Sleep, is a single session that combines information to reduce stigma around mental health with strategies to improve sleep. Researchers want to see how many people complete the intervention, how easy it is to use, and if people find it helpful. You might be able to join if you are a college student between 18 and 65 years old, speak English, and have certain scores on questionnaires related to psychosis risk and sleep quality. You cannot join if you have a previous diagnosis of a psychotic disorder. The study status is currently unclear.

Study design
This is a randomized controlled pilot study with a planned enrollment of 115 participants. It is testing a single-session digital mental health intervention delivered via smartphone.
