This study is looking at people with heart failure and a leaky heart valve (functional mitral regurgitation) who are having a procedure called TEER with the MitraClip device. Researchers want to understand if the amount of scarring in the heart muscle, seen on a special MRI scan (Cardiac MRI), can predict how well the heart recovers after the MitraClip procedure. You could join if you are an adult with heart failure, reduced pumping ability of your heart (ejection fraction less than 50%), and are scheduled to receive a MitraClip. The study will measure success by looking at changes in your heart's pumping ability over 6 months. The current recruitment status is unclear.
