Arcuate Incisions with Light Adjustable Lens for Astigmatism Correction

This study is looking at a new way to correct astigmatism (a common vision problem where the eye's front surface is uneven) during lens surgery. It combines two methods: femtosecond laser-assisted arcuate corneal relaxing incisions (AK), which are small cuts made with a laser on the eye's surface, and the Light Adjustable Lens (LAL), a special lens implanted in the eye that can be adjusted after surgery.
