This study is looking at how a special imaging scan, called an [18F]-AraG PET/CT, can help doctors monitor patients with locally advanced Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (LA-HNSCC) who are receiving standard chemoradiotherapy. You would receive the [18F]-AraG radiotracer on the first and sixteenth day of treatment, along with weekly cisplatin chemotherapy and 70Gy of radiation. Researchers want to see if changes in the PET/CT scans before and during treatment can predict how well the treatment is working. This study is for adults aged 18 and older with LA-HNSCC in specific areas, who are planning to undergo standard chemoradiotherapy.
