Online Health Course for Rheumatological Conditions and Mood Disorders

This study is looking at an online course called "Creating Health" for people with certain rheumatological conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sjogren's Syndrome, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, and Psoriatic Arthritis, who also experience mood disorders. The course teaches strategies for improving resilience, diet, exercise, stress reduction, and self-care. We want to see if this online course can help reduce fatigue and improve quality of life. Some participants will get immediate access to the course, while others will have a 12-week delay. We'll measure changes in fatigue using specific scales over 3 and 6 months. We are aiming to enroll 400 participants aged 18 to 100 years old. The current status of the study is unclear.
