Virtual Exposure Therapy for Adolescent Anorexia Nervosa
This study is testing a virtual treatment called Exposure Therapy for Anorexia (Exp-AN) for adolescents (ages 14-17) with anorexia nervosa (AN). Exp-AN helps you face fears about weight gain through real-life and imagined situations. The study aims to see how well Exp-AN works by measuring changes in eating disorder symptoms, fear of food, and body image. We are looking for 16 participants who have AN, speak English, are stable enough for outpatient care, live with a parent, and are at or below 90% of their expected body weight. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status.

The Eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire (EDE-Q) is a 28-item self-report questionnaire. It was designed to assess the range, frequency, and severity of behaviors associated with a diagnosis of an eating disorder.
