This study is testing a new device called the NOVABLOC System to see if it can help reduce pain after total knee replacement surgery (TKA). The NOVABLOC System uses percutaneous radiofrequency electrical nerve stimulation, which means electrical pulses are delivered through the skin to nerves. You might receive this active treatment or a non-therapeutic stimulation that mimics the procedure for blinding purposes. Researchers want to see how much your worst pain is reduced 10 days after your surgery. You may be able to join if you are at least 21 years old, need a total knee replacement for osteoarthritis, and are able to give informed consent.
