Women's Wellbeing Study: Integrative Yoga & Mindful Self-Compassion vs. Wellbeing Education

This study, called the Women's Wellbeing Study, is looking at two different group programs for women who have experienced interpersonal violence (like abuse) and are feeling distressed. One group will receive Integrative Yoga & Mindful Self-Compassion training, which combines yoga with practices to develop kindness towards oneself. The other group will receive Women's Wellbeing Education. The study aims to see how practical and suitable these programs are.
