Rapid Immune Modulating Effects of Medicinal Mushrooms
This study is looking at how three different mushroom supplements – Agaricus blazei, Reishi, and Turkey Tail – affect your immune system compared to a placebo (an inactive substance). Researchers want to see if these supplements can quickly change how your immune cells communicate and become more alert. You might be able to join if you are a healthy adult between 18 and 75 years old, have easily visible veins for blood draws, and are willing to follow specific diet and lifestyle routines during the study. The main goal is to measure changes in your immune communication just two hours after taking a study product. The current status of this study is unclear, and it plans to enroll 12 participants.
