Y-NM600 for Metastatic Cancer with Anti-PD-1 or Anti-PD-L1 Therapy

This study is testing a new treatment called Y-NM600 for people with metastatic cancer (cancer that has spread) who are already receiving anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 therapy. The main goal is to find the safest and most effective dose of 90Y-NM600 and to see if it can improve how well current drug therapies work. Researchers will also use an imaging agent, 86Y-NM600, to help decide who can receive 90Y-NM600. Up to 60 participants will join, and you could be in the study for up to 9 months.
