You can join if you are 40-99 years old, have a confirmed Parkinson's diagnosis, and are already scheduled for a routine colonoscopy for colon cancer screening or other medical reasons. The main goal is to see if this protein can be found in your colon tissue at the time of your colonoscopy.

Study design

What's involved

You will complete questionnaires, take a smell test, and provide a stool sample before your colonoscopy. During your routine colonoscopy, doctors will take 4 additional small tissue samples from your colon.
