AI-Guided Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing for Heart Failure
This study is looking at a new way to perform Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing (LBBAP), a procedure that helps your heart beat more effectively. It compares LBBAP done with the help of artificial intelligence (AI) to LBBAP done in the usual way. The goal is to see if AI-guided LBBAP leads to better results for people with heart failure. You might be able to join if you are 18 or older, have a weakened heart (Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction or LVEF less than 50%), and certain electrical patterns in your heart (QRS duration 130 ms or more, or already have a device that paces your heart often). The study will measure how well your heart responds to the pacing at the start and after 6 months.
