This study is looking at how structured breathing practices can help healthcare professionals with their mental well-being. It aims to see if regular structured breathing sessions (15, 30, or 36 minutes long, based on your skill) can reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, and improve sleep. You might be able to join if you are a healthcare professional at one of the four MCHS sites (Eau Claire, La Crosse, Mankato, Albert Lea), are between 18 and 85 years old, and score 40 or higher on a burnout questionnaire. The study is currently assessing how easy it is to recruit people, keep them in the study, and how much they use a mobile app for the breathing exercises. The current recruitment status is unclear.
