Exercise Programs for Parkinson's Disease

This study is looking at how different exercise programs affect people with Parkinson's disease (PD). We want to see if Guided Cycling, Non-Contact Boxing, or a Traditional Physical Therapy Program can improve movement, fitness, and overall quality of life. We're comparing these three types of exercise to understand which ones offer the most benefits. To join, you need to have Parkinson's disease, be able to walk on your own, be between stages 1-3 on the Hoehn and Yahr scale, and be 50 years or older. We're looking for 45 participants in total. The study measures success by looking at changes in your balance, fitness levels (VO2peak), and how Parkinson's affects your daily life (PDQ-39). The current status of the study is unclear.
