One vs. Two Stents for Gallbladder Disease

This study is looking at whether placing two small tubes (stents) into your gallbladder is better than placing one stent for people with ongoing gallbladder problems like cholecystitis (gallbladder inflammation) or gallstone pancreatitis. The stents are put in using a procedure called ERCP. This study is for adults aged 18 to 95 who are not able to have their gallbladder removed right away. Researchers want to see if two stents can reduce the chance of your gallbladder problems coming back, compared to one stent. They will also check for any side effects or complications from the procedure. The study plans to enroll 30 participants, but its current status is unclear.
