This study is looking at how well a mobile app with guided imagery therapy (GIT) helps children aged 7 to 12 years old who have functional abdominal pain disorders (FAPDs). FAPDs cause ongoing stomach pain without a clear medical reason. Participants will listen to 10-15 minute GIT sessions on a mobile app 5 days a week for 8 weeks, in addition to their usual care. The main goal is to see if this therapy reduces abdominal pain intensity. To join, your child must be a Texas Children's Pediatrics patient, have a FAPD diagnosis based on a 2-week diary, and both you and your child must be able to read and communicate in English. The study plans to enroll 36 children.
