Bundled Cancer Screening and Genetic Services Navigation Study
This study is looking at different ways to help women get screened for breast and colon cancer, and to understand their risk for inherited cancers. You might receive help (called "navigation") for breast cancer screening only, or for both breast and colorectal (colon) cancer screenings. The study also compares two ways of referring you for genetic services: a standard referral, or a referral with extra educational materials beforehand. The main goal is to see if these navigation methods help more women get their recommended colorectal and breast cancer screenings. This study is for women aged 45-74 who are due for both breast and colorectal cancer screenings and are seeking navigation services at specific cancer centers.

- This interventional study will include 820 women. Participants will be randomly assigned to different groups to compare various navigation and genetic referral approaches.

- You will receive cancer education, barrier assessment and resolution, and help scheduling screening exams. You will also get text and mail reminders, and your appointment completion and results will be communicated to you.

Documentation of screening includes the test (FIT, colonoscopy), date, clinical indication, assessment or result (imaging, pathology) and recommendations and procedures as applicable, following to treatment initiation.
