PSMA-PET Guided Radiation for Recurrent Prostate Cancer

This study is testing a new way to give radiation treatment for prostate cancer that has come back after surgery. It uses a special scan called PSMA-PET/MRI to guide the radiation, aiming to reduce side effects while still controlling the cancer. You might be able to join if you are an adult man, at least 30 years old, who had prostate cancer surgery and now have signs of the cancer returning (biochemical recurrence). You would also need to have a spot on your PSMA-PET scan or MRI that can be targeted with radiation. The main goal is to see if this guided radiation treatment causes fewer serious side effects (Grade 2+ acute toxicity) within four months, compared to what is usually seen.
