The goal is to find a better way to detect if any cancer cells remain (minimal residual disease, or MRD) and predict if the cancer might spread (distant metastasis) before it's visible on scans. Researchers will use two diagnostic tests, small RNA-seq or array and the ENLIGHT Assay, to look at tiny genetic materials called exosomal microRNAs (exo-miRNAs) in your blood samples.
