Night Owl Sleep Study: The Effect of Sleep on Fecal Microbiota

This study, called the Night Owl Sleep Study, is looking at how changes in your sleep affect the bacteria in your gut (fecal microbiota). Researchers want to see if there are differences in these gut bacteria between people who get enough sleep and those who don't.
