This study is testing a new T cell therapy called AB-3028 for men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), which is prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to standard hormone therapy. AB-3028 uses your own immune cells (T cells) that are specially programmed to recognize and fight prostate cancer cells. The main goal of this study is to see how safe AB-3028 is and what dose works best. Later, it will also look at how effective it is in treating the cancer. You may be able to join if you are at least 18 years old, have mCRPC, and your cancer has progressed after treatment with an androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (ARPI).
