This trial will see if applying topical 5% niacinamide daily to sun-exposed areas, along with daily sunscreen, can reduce the number of precancerous growths called actinic keratoses (AKs). You might be able to join if you are an adult organ transplant recipient with a history of at least five AKs or prior skin cancer, and are willing to use SPF30 sunscreen.
