Study of ECC4703 and ECC0509 for MASH
This study is looking at new ways to treat Metabolic Dysfunction-associated Steatohepatitis (MASH), a type of liver disease. We are testing two medications, ECC4703 and ECC0509, alone and in combination, to see how well they reduce fat in the liver. You may be eligible if you are an adult between 18 and 75 years old with presumed MASH, based on a recent liver biopsy or a FibroScan® result showing liver scarring and metabolic risk factors. The main goal is to measure changes in liver fat using a special MRI scan after 12 weeks. The study is currently recruiting about 160 participants, but its exact status is unclear.
- Study design
