Resilience Enhancement Following Sleep Treatment for Chronic Low Back Pain and Insomnia

This study is for adults experiencing chronic low back pain and insomnia. It aims to see if adding a meditation program called Savoring Meditation, or a Pain Education program, to an internet-based sleep therapy called Cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBTi) (specifically, Sleep Healthy Using the Internet or SHUTi) can better reduce pain. The study will measure changes in your pain severity over about 11 weeks. You may be eligible if you are at least 18 years old, have had low back pain for at least 3 months, and have an average pain intensity of 4 or higher out of 10. The current status of this study is unclear.
