SolanoConnex Trial: Evaluating Mental Health Access
This study, called the SolanoConnex Trial, is looking at how well the SolanoConnex.org program helps people find and use mental health services. If you join, you'll be randomly placed into one of two groups. One group will get full access and guidance on using SolanoConnex.org, which has features to connect you with local mental health resources. The other group will receive information about mental health resources that are already publicly available. The main goal is to see if using SolanoConnex.org leads to more people using mental health services, like talking to someone, using digital tools, or self-help. You might be able to join if you are 18 or older, live in Solano County, have mild to moderate mental health symptoms, own a smartphone with internet, and speak English. The study plans to enroll 200 people.
