This study is looking at whether a specific type of good bacteria, called Lactobacillus Crispatus, can help adults with spinal cord injuries (SCI) and neurogenic bladder (bladder problems due to nerve damage) who use catheters. Researchers want to see if putting Lactobacillus Crispatus directly into the bladder is safe and helps with urinary symptoms and preventing urinary tract infections (UTIs). You might be able to join if you are 18 or older, have had a spinal cord injury for at least 6 months, have neurogenic bladder, use intermittent catheters, and live in the community.
