This study is looking at how different stiffness levels in carbon fiber custom dynamic orthoses (CDOs) affect how your foot interacts with the ground. CDOs are devices that wrap around your leg below the knee and have a carbon fiber footplate. Researchers want to see how using a CDO, and adding extra carbon fiber footplates to make it stiffer, changes the forces on your forefoot and hindfoot. This study aims to understand if these changes can improve function and comfort. We are looking for 20 healthy adults between 18 and 65 years old who don't have current lower extremity pain or other limiting medical conditions.
