This study is looking at how different types of breakfast meals affect the levels of fats in your blood. Researchers want to compare a "High carb then high fat breakfast" with a "High fat then high carb breakfast" to see how they impact blood fat levels. They are studying people with conditions like Nephrotic Syndrome (a kidney problem), Lipodystrophy (problems with body fat), Metabolic Syndrome, and Diabetes, as well as healthy volunteers. The main goal is to find out if there's a difference in blood fat levels (specifically triglycerides) after eating these different meals. This will help us understand how food choices affect fat metabolism in various health conditions.

Study design
This is a randomized cross-over study, meaning participants will try both types of meals in a random order. It plans to enroll 100 participants.
