This study is looking at how time-restricted eating affects people with Type 2 Diabetes. You would eat all your daily food within a 10-hour window, ending by 8:00 PM, for one year. Researchers will measure your Hemoglobin A1c (a blood test that shows your average blood sugar over time) to see if this eating pattern helps manage your diabetes. You can join if you are 18 or older and have Type 2 Diabetes. You cannot join if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have an eating disorder, work night shifts, or take certain medications. This study is currently recruiting participants from the University of Kentucky Barnstable Brown Diabetes Center.
