Adaptive AI Coaching for Indoor Cycling Performance
This study is testing if a special type of artificial intelligence (AI) coaching can help people cycle better indoors. There are two main groups: one gets "Self-efficacy-based AI coaching" which gives real-time feedback and encouragement based on their performance. The other group gets "Static AI Affirmations," which are general motivational messages at set times. We want to see if the adaptive AI coaching helps people produce more power during a 20-minute cycling test. You might be able to join if you are between 18 and 40 years old, are recreationally active, and can cycle vigorously for 20 minutes. We are looking for 120 participants, but the current recruitment status is unclear.
