Dopamine vs. Norepinephrine for Hypotension in Neonates With Pulmonary Hypertension (DONE)

This study is comparing two common medications, dopamine and norepinephrine, to treat low blood pressure (hypotension) in newborns with a serious lung condition called pulmonary hypertension (PPHN). PPHN makes it hard for babies to get enough oxygen. Doctors want to see if one medication works better than the other at improving blood pressure and oxygen levels without making the lung condition worse. You might be able to join if your baby is a newborn (up to 28 days old), has PPHN, and has low blood pressure that hasn't improved with fluids. The study will measure how well the heart is pumping and how much oxygen your baby is getting to see which medication is more effective. The current status of this study is unclear.
