Predicting Immunotherapy Response in Advanced Cancers (ELEPHAS-05)

This study, called ELEPHAS-05, is looking for people with suspected or confirmed cancer, including advanced solid tumors, bladder cancer, and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). It aims to understand how well immunotherapy might work for you by studying your tumor tissue. Researchers will collect tumor samples during a biopsy (a procedure to remove tissue for examination) that you would already be having as part of your regular medical care. They will then compare how these tumor samples respond to immunotherapy in the lab with how patients actually respond to immunotherapy in real life. This will help them learn more about how immunotherapy works and predict its effectiveness. You must be at least 18 years old and new to treatment at the time of your biopsy to join.
