This observational study aims to understand how speech and breathing change over time in Spanish-speaking individuals with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. Researchers want to see if measurements from a smartphone app can reliably track changes in speech and breathing related to ALS. You might be able to join if you are 18 to 90 years old, have a definite ALS diagnosis, speak Spanish as your first language, can read Spanish, and have a certain speech score on a common ALS scale. You cannot have certain lung conditions or currently use tobacco. The study will compare your speech and breathing with healthy individuals of similar age and gender to identify potential digital markers for ALS progression.
