Cervical Cancer Screening Through Self-sampling in the Emergency Department

The goal is to see how many people choose to get screened this way. You may be able to join if you are a woman or transgender/non-binary individual with a cervix, between 30 and 65 years old. We are looking for about 200 participants. The study is currently recruiting, but the exact status is unclear. This research aims to understand if offering self-sampling in the ED can increase the number of people getting screened for HPV (human papillomavirus), which can cause cervical cancer.
