This study is testing a special educational program designed to help people complete their colorectal cancer (CRC) screening. The program, called "Educational Program," is tailored to different cultures and languages. It involves sessions led by community health workers (CHW) and patient navigation (PN) services. We want to see if this program is practical, acceptable, and effective in helping people get screened for CRC. You might be able to join if you are between 45 and 75 years old, have not had a recent CRC screening, and understand English or Chinese. The main goal is to see if participants complete their CRC screening within six months.
