Thrive AI Health App for Type 2 Diabetes and Overweight/Obesity
This study is looking at how the Thrive AI Health app can help adults improve their daily habits like diet, exercise, and sleep. The app uses artificial intelligence (AI) to give you personalized advice. You might be able to join if you are 40 or older and have a BMI (Body Mass Index) over 25, or a BMI of 25 or less and have prediabetes or type 2 diabetes. The main goal is to see if using the app for 12 weeks helps people become more physically active. We don't know yet if the study is actively enrolling participants.

What this trial measures
- Physical activityBaseline to 12 weeks
Self-reported minutes per week of moderate-vigorous-intensity physical activity will be estimated using the Modifiable Physical Activity Questionnaire. A higher number of minutes of moderate-vigorous-intensity physical activity per week means a better outcome.
