This study aims to create and test a helpful video and educational materials about lung cancer screening for patients in the Harris Health System. We want to make sure these materials are easy to understand for everyone, including those with low health literacy, and are available in both English and Spanish. We'll be asking healthcare providers about their current screening practices, and talking with patients in focus groups and interviews to understand what information they need. Participants will watch either the new lung cancer screening decision aid video or a colon cancer screening video, and answer surveys before and after to see how well the new materials help with decision-making. We're looking for 360 participants between 50 and 80 years old who currently smoke or quit less than 15 years ago, speak English or Spanish, and have no history of lung cancer.
