Community Health Worker Navigation to Support Mental Health
This study is testing a program called "Protocolized Promotora-Led Navigation" to see if it can help Latinx and Native American adults who are experiencing stress get better access to mental health support. A promotora (a trained community health worker) will provide structured, individualized help. We're looking for adults aged 18 and older who speak English or Spanish and report moderate to high stress levels. The study will measure how much your stress and depression change over 24 weeks. This is a pilot study, meaning it's an early look at how well this program works and if it's practical to offer. The study is currently recruiting 80 participants.
