Exercise and Cognitive Rehabilitation for Older Cancer Survivors
This study is looking at ways to help older cancer survivors who experience "chemo brain" (Cancer-Related Cognitive Dysfunction or CRCD) after treatment. We are testing three approaches: EXCAP, which is an exercise program; MAAT, which is a series of workshops to help with thinking skills; and ECO, which combines both EXCAP and MAAT. We want to see if these interventions improve your thinking abilities compared to usual care. You might be able to join if you are 65 or older, have had any type of cancer, and have finished your curative treatments. The main goal is to measure changes in your thinking skills after 12 weeks.
