Peer Support for Liver Transplant Recipients with a History of Alcohol-Related Liver Disease

This study is looking at whether peer support can help people who have had a liver transplant (LT) due to alcohol-related liver disease (ALD). You might be able to join if you are an English speaker, are 18 or older, and received a liver transplant for ALD between 1 and 3 years ago, and have been continuously abstinent from alcohol during that time. The study is testing if working with a peer support specialist (PSS) can help you drink less alcohol or avoid resuming alcohol use. PSS are people with their own experiences with ALD and LT who receive special training to provide support. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status.
